Right to cancel

The accounts we sell are digital content delivered immediately on payment. By placing the order you give your express consent to immediate supply and acknowledge that, once the credentials appear on your order page, the 14-day statutory cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 no longer applies. The refund terms below still apply.

Refunds

If the delivered credentials do not log you in to a working account on first use, contact us within 7 days and we will replace the account or refund the purchase price. If the account is banned by Jagex, send us the unchanged credentials within 24 hours of delivery and we will inspect and replace it. Replacement is not available once you have changed the account's email, password, or recovery information, because we can no longer verify the account state. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.

Privacy

We collect what we need to take and fulfil your order: your email and a hashed password, your order history, an optional Discord ID if you link Discord, and any stock alert you set. Cloudflare processes your IP address and user agent for security and cookieless analytics. We share data with Sell.app (payments and fulfilment), Stripe (card payments), Resend (transactional email), Cloudflare, and Discord (only if you link it). We do not sell personal data. Order records are kept for at least six years to meet UK tax requirements; stock alerts for up to 90 days; other account data while your account exists. Under UK GDPR you can access, correct, delete, export, or object to processing of your data, and withdraw consent, by emailing [email protected].
