Frequently asked questions
Everything about Fury Accounts: accounts, payment, delivery, and support.
Account basics
How OTP accounts work, how to log in, and how to change your details.
Account types explained - Legacy & OTP+
Legacy accounts are the original email-and-password logins from the early days of RuneScape. As of 9th January 2024, Jagex stopped letting anyone create new legacy accounts, so anything made after that has to be a Jagex Account.
Jagex Accounts are the newer type with stronger security. To log in you either click an email verification link every time, or enable an authenticator app and enter the rolling 6-digit code.
Every account I sell is a Jagex Account with TOTP authentication already set up. The TOTP secret ships with your login, so any auth app generates the 6-digit code instantly. Clean for bot managers, clients, and people just playing manually. Read the full step-by-step guide →
How do I log in?+
Login details are delivered in the format
email:password:secret-key. Split on the colons to get each piece. Sign in normally with the email and password; the secret key goes into any authenticator app (e.g. totp.danhersam.com ↗) to generate the rolling 30-second 6-digit code Jagex asks for. Read the full step-by-step guide →Can I change the email and password?+
Yes. This is always possible for OTP Jagex accounts. If a specific listing has a one-off restriction it will be called out clearly in the product description.
To change the in-game Jagex email and password, log into the account's mailbox using the credentials you were given: webmail.eternalaccounts.net ↗. Change the Jagex account details from there.
To change the password on the mailbox itself: mail.alphainbox.net ↗.
Can I do x with these accounts?+
You can do whatever you want. Play them, bot them, resell them. They're yours to do with as you see fit.
Buying & delivery
Payment methods, delivery times, bulk orders, and support.
How fast is delivery?+
As fast as the payment clears. Card payments through Stripe confirm in seconds. Crypto depends on the coin and typically takes 1-30 minutes while the network reaches enough confirmations (LTC and USDT are usually quickest, BTC the slowest). The moment payment confirms, your credentials appear on your order page on furyaccounts.com.
What payment methods do you accept?+
Currently available for automated delivery through furyaccounts.com: Stripe (~20 payment methods integrated) and Crypto (BTC, ETH, LTC, SOL, BNB, TRX, USDT, USDC, DAI).
Via ticket in my Discord server ↗: PayPal (5% fee), and occasionally OSGP.
Do you do bulk orders?+
Yes. Most accounts have bulk discounts already available. If you want a bulk discount on an account that doesn't have one, or if there isn't enough stock to reach the bulk threshold, send me a message on Discord ↗ and I'll see if I can help.
Where do I get help?+
Always message me through Discord.
Join my server ↗ and make a ticket. I'm active every day and respond quickly.
Trust & safety
How accounts are sourced, rested, and supported after purchase.
Are these accounts safe long-term?+
Fury Accounts are designed to be as safe as possible. Original Tutorial Island logins are sourced from Eternal Accounts, the most trusted login source, used by 99% of sellers. I don't resell other people's accounts; every account is trained by me personally using those logins. You can always change the mailbox and Runescape details after first login to fully secure the account.
How long are accounts rested before sale?+
Minimum 7 days before an account is listed. In reality this ends up much longer for a couple of reasons:
1) I don't list accounts the moment they're done resting. Listings go up manually.
2) I restock in bulk. By the time you reach the accounts further back in a batch, they can often be rested for many weeks or months.
What if the account doesn't work?+
If an account I deliver to you doesn't work (for example, it was already banned at the time of delivery), send me the original logins right away and don't change the credentials first. I'll log in to verify and replace it. After you've logged in successfully the account is yours: bans that happen later, including delayed Jagex bans or bans from how you use or bot the account, are not covered. That's the inherent risk of buying these products and nobody in the marketplace covers it.
